Antique Strip Quilt

I found this quilt top in my grandma’s garage along with several crazy quilt and strip pieced tops. She thinks my great aunt may have pieced this one.

This is my first pantograph–an all-over design created by following a printed pattern with the laser guide on the longarm quilting machine. I liked that it went fairly fast; without any design decisions to make, I could keep quickly moving along. However, designing is half the fun, so after a few rows of roses, I was thankful for my audio book.
