25-year Christmas Quilt

I started this sometime during elementary school, probably at around 9 or 10 years-old. And now (many years later), it’s done! christmas quilt-6407

My mom started me on this project with an embroidery hoop and a needle and thread. I finished it on my domestic machine, needless to say. Now it hangs in my little girl’s room during Christmas time.

The patterns and colors I see along Rocky Mountain trails repeatedly inspire me with quilt designs. As a result, I have many quilts and trails on my bucket list.
