Maple Leaf Rag

I’m learning to free-motion quilt on my domestic machine, and it’s working quite well when the project is small like this one.

I made a stencil with card stock, then traced the leaves in the blocks. Everything else was free hand.

Next time, instead of binding the edge, I’d try sewing the backing directly to the quilt top and turning it inside out.
